Steve Johnson's syndrome

Characteristic features:

  • mucocutaneous ocular syndrome

  • almost same features as erythema multiforme minor

  • prodromal features: fever, headache, malaise

  • fever for 4-5 days, after 1 week patient is very ill

  • eye lesions: conjuctivitis, corneal ulceration

  • urogenital ulceration


Differential diagnosis:

  • Behcet's disease
